I started Barbell & Balance Fitness to offer something the fitness industry doesn’t always get right—simple, sustainable coaching that works in real life.
I’m a NASM certified personal trainer, weight loss specialist, and nutrition coach, and I’m also a proud Army veteran, husband, and father of four. I understand what it means to juggle a busy life while still trying to show up for your health—and I bring that perspective into every client relationship.
I’m not here to sell shortcuts or hype up fads. I’m here to help you get stronger, move better, and feel more confident—at every stage of life.
This isn’t just about reps and macros. It’s about building strength, balance, and confidence—in and out of the gym.
